When our client moved to a 1,200 square foot condo, she wanted a vividly and variously colored space that showcased the many collections she’d been curating over the years.

To make it a space of old and new, we tore up the floor and pulled back the walls to its studs to create a covetable space for work and leisure. Within 4 months, our client moved in with everything done. Jet Blue built-in cabinetry was installed alongside a new luxurious bathroom. Plush chairs in punchy fabrics were reupholstered and bedecked with contrasting throw pillows. And paintings and custom lampshades were hung from the walls and the fixtures.

For this jewel box of a condo, color and custom furnishings reign supreme. It’s hardly downsizing — it’s upgrading!
